This is brilliant for me also. I often think that, I am almost always conscious in doing my call, preaching, evangelism on streets maybe that's why I'm not seeing many results. I wonder if I am being like other preachers or I'm comparing myself to them, how would they be, I am tired of it, I am not being myself. Yes,good to be yourself! And the talents,skills is not first priority but the heart and you have a very good heart before God loving Him to 100 procent and much love to people,brother Don eaven if you also have good skills as musician and singing. Good to think about that God is with us when we are in front of people saying or doing anything and good to pray the prayer in Eph 3:17 to be rooted in His love that we feel safe in His love not needing to feel fear in front of people. It also helps sharing things I think that you want to share this because it feels inportant to give to others reaching out for instance with a comforting word. You share so many beautiful things both in music,song and words! Wonderful! Shalom and many blessings!

Hello everyone please pray for my sister she's in ICU and it's been 3 weeks already . Her left brain has a big clot ,we think she is awake can hear us because there's a little movement, we can see her like opening eyes and mouth.. I hope she will get back to her health and still live to do what God has want her to do. Please I'm begging all to include my sister in your daily prayer. Her name is NinA D. Cruz AnD also praying for her kids whose with her and doing everything for their mum I pray for them to God guide and give more strength for everyday. Thanks everyone. I suffer from a strange phenomenon....I have no problem playing my guitar, or singing every Sunday at church. What scares the life out of me is when the pastor asks me if I'll do the greeting, or lead our confession. I HATE live SPEAKING. It really makes me nervous, and anxious. I'll be a ball of nerves right before service starts....then I'll do my greeting. Once I start playing and singing, though, I'm right back into my comfort zone, and have no problems at all. It's weird, because I feel that this might be opposite to some people. I know LOTS of people, including singers on our team that would be terrified of singing a solo, but they'll talk our ears off.

Hey Todd. You're not alone in feeling like that. Maybe try and approach it with the same thought process that you do in your singing and playing. I don't think the audience is expecting you to be exactly like your pastor or some professional speaker. You shouldn't be either, you've got to be you. Maybe your pastor asks you to speak because he sees how the audience responds to you when you're singing/playing. Don't think too much about it. If that comfort level/mindset that you have when singing and playing can translate to the audience, it'll do the same thing when you're speaking to them.

Amen! If I have fear: I think I will not write and even will not speak to my flesh and blood family, their hair just stand and say! There is fault teacher but just say, I am a women ( words) but there is true words and there is fault ( lies) words, just destroy fault word and work of Satan. Just think man Takes their words from women to fill their other brain but how can a fault words come out from me even lie shy to lie to me because stay under my feet. If I shy I might not laugh because I don't have teeth in front but I smile to my flesh and blood family and they ashamed if I smile but I just say; why I shy about my teeth, I already have husband and my husband laugh if he sees my broken teeth and runaway feeling because I am ugly too, heyheyhey!
