I’ve had all of this since I lost my husband and my mom both almost at the same time. I have severe depression and anxiety. Palpitations are so scary! Panic attacks make me feel like I’m having a heart attack! I feel my heart is going to burst through my chest wall!! Hard pounding! This is very debilitating and I am at the end of my rope 😢

It will get better just find something to do with your time like gym and praying it will eventually come to pass everyday is a step closer to healing/overcoming this is a fact

That is how I fell in too. I lost my mother, job and license in the same month. Watch Shaan's video's and read Dr. Claire Weekes book 'Hope and help for Your Nerves.'

It gets better. You must continue to live as you would without anxiety . Hard I know but that is what will bring about normal feelings and behaviour. It also takes time for the nervous system to recover.

I did the same went overseas to a beautiful place we love and here I was dizzy every day so many symptoms non stop drive me crazy I was convinced somethings wrong so I saw many different private specialists everything fine. I went to see Psychiatrists one gave me different drugs to the other one I didn’t want to take them then I tried and had a horrible side effects so I stopped It’s amazing how they just give drugs and not care to try explain what’s happening
