Overcoming Social Media Anxiety (Posting Online, Friends, Judgement & More) | Pamela Valdez

Starting on social media when you're afraid to post, don't want judgement from others, have anxiety and more can be difficult to overcome but these are some of my favorite tips which have helped me! I used to be the same way and never wanted to post a selfie, an outfit picture or anything related to me but I was able to slowly overcome this with time and if you're struggling and are in the same boat as I was, I hope this video helps :)
