It’s been 12 yrs still with my husband but I still hurt and beat myself up on why it happened. He cheated on me with a marriage counselor of all things. I’m not 100% happy or trust him 100%. I know it sounds easy to leave but my kids don’t know what happen and they have said so many times “I am so glad you and daddy aren divorced”. I would appreciate advice. My husband left on the 12.09.18 to live with another woman. In July I found messages from him to another woman. We had a huge fight. huge. And I moved out and went to my sister for a 2 weeks..we reconciled and decided to work in our marriage...but the trust was a huge issue until this point. Over the period of our marriage we have had so many fights because he drinks and would go out and come home late...he had friends I didn't know. Our sex life got affected because he would never say he loves me..He wasn't affectionate towards me. I prayed throughout our marriage and even now since he has left. It's hard to forgive a cheating spouse especially when think you should be over how they betrayed you. If God doesn't change a cheating spouse they will never change. I think when you have a cheating spouse I don't think you can forgive them as long as you're with that person. I know from experience sometimes I hate myself for not leaving him along time ago. I've been with my husband for 30 years....he has cheated more times then I can count, treated me with disrespect, turmoil, total disregard. I stayed constantly hoping one day....I no longer have hope. I caught him again looking at sexual pictures of another woman, while he acts disgusted with me. I no longer have hope. Idk if staying was the right thing for my children and the many children we took in. It definitely wasn't a perfect marriage. Now he had me take in another one of his family members to raise, he is 6, I am 50, and yet he continues to check out and leave everything to me...and now looking at another woman sexually. I tried to get him to understand by saying how would he feel if I sent such pictures of myself to other men. He said with such disgust that he didn't care where I send pictures of me! Andre Brady move on is not God's answer to your situation my brother. This is definitely not God's voice to you. Please continue to pray, you have been tested, please ask the Lord to give you more strength to pass the test. 1) The devil is checking you out to see if you are really obedient to God. 2) he's checking to see if you know your Father's voice. 3) you have been tested to see if the love you claim to have is real, is it from God ? for no matter how much we cheat on God and betray and ignore and moved away from God, He's love remain unchanged toward us, He continues to pray for us like He did for Peter, and always ready to take us back as we confess. So this is the type of love He wants us to have for our spouses Ephesians 5 and for others John 13:34 4) he's checking to see if you have patience, tolerance, temperance, true wisdom, goodness, forbearance, long suffering, true love, and faithfulness in all situations. These are fruit of the Spirit. If we don't have that, we may not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Please continue to pray and fast with all of your heart and soon you will be hearing from your Father. If anyone wants you to get a divorce and move on with your life, I pray that you don't listen to that voice for scripture say in Mark 9 no body should separate their marriage. Please stop telling people online your wife's name, and please stop saying she has a Jezebel spirit. If you know about the spirit, you should pray to God so the spirit would leave her. If you who are a human can see the bad spirit who is attacking your wife, how much more that God can see it and even allowed it to happen so later on you both can glorify God ? God is already knew your wife is weaker than you in that particular area, this is the reason He has placed you two together so you can be a strength for her in any given situation. Remember what made you fell in love with her and remember to possess God's unconditional love for her and that would be enough to open up the gate of heaven in your marriage. Not judging ... I believe you should Know that because if he/she has debt well guess what that becomes your debt! If you a baller aye kudos to those that is ready to take on debt of a spouse without at least talking about before hand. That’s also like child support well now you married so that monthly money coming out and he is short so you have to come up with the amount ... Yessss Questions need to be asked during the dating process for sure. I have been married for 18years & it’s hard work especially when you get married at 21 you know nothing your still a kid. Until one day your like omg!!! I did not take Time to learn this boy... young man... now a grown man...!!! I teach my children especially our 18 year old son ask questions because if you don’t ask you won’t know until the mask comes off then you are looking like what did I just do✔️✔️✔️✔️!!! @@stroudtemekia4Marriage should be for life. Unfortunately, there are a lot of fraudulent people out there willing to con you. Fraudulent marriages are not real and they exist only in your mind. They don't honour God and they don't lead to a fulfilling life. This woman was defrauded in her marriage and she'll be damaged for life. This is the fault of her ex. I don't believe she's divorced. I believe she was never married. It's a fantasy. So many other people experience this and view their marriage and divorce as real when it was a lie from the beginning. We need to be careful when we condemn someone for remarriage.
