All the movies are real movies and most episodes are available on KZbin if you know where to look. It is not going to be for everyone but it is a great show. If you've heard of/listened to rifftrax, it's mostly the same concept/same people.

Well when you think about it, our ancestors where mostly just hunters and gatherers for a while. I'd imagine before they invented fire they probably just ate whatever they found which doesn't really count as cooking.
