Chris, the color combination names changed because instead of Ravnican guilds, they now represent Strixhaven colleges. I only know that Orzhov was changed to Silverquill and Izzet to Prismari.

Each Vorinclex multiples counters (or devides them) by two. With 25 clexes on the board, that's 2 to the power of 25. 2^25 + 8 = 33554440 Nice numbers, King!

At 29:09 the 2/1 I believe you're referring to is dauntless bodyguard which is a 2/1 defender with the ETB effect of "when dauntless bodyguard ETB choose target creature" and "sacrifice dauntless bodyguard: chosen creature gains indestructible until end of turn"

Okay let's do the math. Teferi had 8 loyalty and then used the +1. At the time Echoing equation was used there were 16 scute swarms and 9 others including Vorinclex totaling 25 creatures and thus 25 Vorinclex. Now each time a counter is placed on a permanent or player it's doubled from Vorinclex. We can represent this now as 8+1*2^25 (8 starting loyalty +1 ability x2 25 times). This equals 33,554,440 loyalty. Surprisingly the card did in fact show the total loyalty on Teferi.

It did actually crash in a way. Your vorinclex creatures act like a times 2 multiplier if you "plus 1" a planeswalker the replacement effect would put 2 on it but the next replcement would put 4 on it and so on and so on. Your board in the first game hat 14 doubler if im not mistaken. So your "+1" would generate 1*2^14 counters which is 16384. That is enough to win this game and some more, but not as much as mtg arena is showing. That number looks like an error :D

It has to do with strixhaven being a different plane than ravnica. 2 color combinations have always been called ravnica names because they have only been known as those names until now.

The reason it doesn’t crash anymore is because arena used to be 34 bit and they updated it to be 64bit drastically increasing the highest possible value you can have without causing an overflow error

The reason the game didn’t crash when all the counter were put on it is because 1. The stack is very small and 2. Exponential equations to any computer that has to do math are very simple. It just multiples by 2 a lot of time and that’s it.
