i guess overgrowth spell is good for funneling troops, freeze spell is good for stopping inferno towers or high damage buildings until your troops can destroy them, and invisibility is good for protecting troops from defenses.

1) freeze is used on cc troops, infernos, xbow, monolith, etc high damage area
