Alex, the only way a TV is too big for a room is if you can't fit it in the room, it's a cinima room so the bigger the better, but it's your room if you think smaller is better, who are we to tell you different

There is a proper viewing distance for tv size. 75" is about 10-12 feet. I can tell if I'm not leaning all the way back on my couch.

Most shocking AV setup I’ve ever seen, as you said: - AV Receiver needs air, literally in the manual how many inches or cm clearance they need - One of his floorstanders is right next to a radiator, another big no no. - He has large klipsch floorstanders but a small centre, which is insane when 60-70% of the sound comes from the centre. - Running cabling all grouped together like that isn’t wise. Just diabolical lol

There's feet on the bottom of amplifiers for a reason. So it can essentially breathe. Your amplifier is going to overheat and kill itself within a month.

I get that you needed to use the tv for the sponsorship, but the downsize makes no sense for a cinema room and the built in speakers are irrelevant with your amp and large separates… Might be useful when the amp overheats though! Next weeks video - installing a big arse tv in the garage gym 😂

Although it’s looks good , Your amp is going to overheat and your going to cause yourself issues as you’ve not vented the top or left enough space for heat to escape. Not hating , just some friendly advise
@nolslopez8005

I dont think its a good idea to squeeze in that receiver in there. Without proper ventilation, it would most likely heat up and then bye². I would have placed it instead on top of the table. Center speaker placement is a lot better than the old one. Just move it further front. So that the initial sound reflection would not be on the table.

Careful covering the window like that mate, you'll get pure condensation build-up that can then set off black mold. Just keep an eye on that window from the other side.

You are creating a major heat problem with your avr installed like that ,it needs ventilation, or if you like the no gap look ,you could buy a ac infinity fan cooler ,they simply sit on top of the avr ect they are available in front and rear exhaust, the only thing is your cabinet slot will need to be a little taller ,personally if you leave your avr as is it will simply just over heat 🔥

If you liked the smaller tv then you could have a taller unit for the amp to breath and more room for other equipment.. The feet on the amp are there so air can be sucked in for cooling and the amp needs space above to get the heated air out, no fans needed if you leave room.
@LorenHeiman

This video makes no sense to me. Replace the TV with a smaller one, media cabinet with one that doesn't fit your receiver, shove the receiver in with no room for ventilation, and cover the front wall, behind the speakers, with acoustic panels instead of the walls in front of the speakers?

What are the fans going to do? There aren't any vents on the back lol. You should setup a central networking closet where you have all of your equipment (avr, consoles, etc.), then just run ethernet/hdmi to the rooms and you can access all of your stuff wherever you want and it looks super clean. Linus has a few videos showing his setup.
