I'm doing the trail walker atm I absolutely love the rig. It's only 3 days old for me atm I ordered some 1.9 interco Super swamper TSL TSX tire and aluminum bead locks and got the aluminum 12mm hexs which the trail walker has the 6mm hexs because of the 1.55 rim size. Which is odd the trail walker and this one is the same size same truck basically. But they used smaller rims on the trail walker. But.... This truck box stock can go almost anywhere and climb anything. Mine hardly gets stuck ect is why I love it so much. I still got the Reedy 16T 5 Slot and the reedy brushed esc. I'm running mine on 3s it's a 5200mah 80C champion. It's got some power n long run time which is awesome. It goes places my Gen 8 axe can't go which is neat. I put a 1972 Chevy C10 Vaterra body on it for now which the wheel base isn't right. But it does look nice if you mod the body a little.. but I did get the RC4wD K5 blazer hard body n I'm putting it on it this weekend most likely. I'll be upgrading it to Brushless within the month when I finally decide on what motor n esc. I drive it everywhere from dirt to sand to water n mud ect. Iv had it everywhere lol. My brother has a element trail walker as well he has the Interco Super Swamper boggers on his which his I believe are 1.5s the tires look small on his for some reason. The stock 1.5 rim n tire on the trail walker is a little taller then those boggers he has on his. But it's not a massive difference just maybe 1/4" if that. But his rim is definitely a little bigger so imma guess 1.7s maybe 1.9s with 1.55 boggers stretched on which seems to be the case. Because my TSL swampers are taller then stock tires and deff bigger then his boggers which those boggers are supposed to be a little bigger.. but anyway we took those two trucks all over the place along with my gen 8 axe and his Trx4 blazer. So all 4 trucks where out we had a blast doing it and then we drove the bashers lol. But honestly the trail scale trucks to me seem cooler even though they are slower they look more realistic which is what I like about em.

The fact the brass has been coated makes those parts look so much better. It is a platform I have been interested in for a little while now.

Two things 1) I think you should upgrade the electronics. Rebuild-able motor, better servo etc ..... 2) For the next season I'd love to see you Overhaul a trail finder 2! Keep up the great work, lots of love from over in the U.K :)

I have the Element Enduro builders kit and it is my favorite truck Options for your truck: -11.83% metal gears -brass / metal link and shock ball ends -Reedy 16t 5 slot Radon 2 crawler motor (fully rebuildable / dual ball bearing) -HW1080 -bumpers -body (the replacement Sendero body is thicker lexan) -SBG window stickers ftw Looking forward to what’s next. 👍

Those replacement outer bearings that came with the SSG Steering Knuckles were only metal shielded; so, I installed rubber shielded replacements to make them more durable.

I bought the RTR version, threw away the standard bumpers, and created my own ones. Now I've started to make exchanges for the plasticservomount in alloy and Tencan. I also bought the Buildkit version, just for tryin' to make my own footprint in the birth of a Moenduro...

I see an early 90s Toyota Pickup or maybe a Nissan Hardbody...Thick tube roll bar in the rear with some KC Smiley Faces up top. Put a 1.21 jigawatt motor in it and gun that sum b to 88! Whatever you do, I'm excited to see it. Now that dune season is over here in Michigan it's time for me to pick one of these bad boys up for myself.

I absolutely love my Enduro, I purchased a month ago. In it's stock form It has definitely competed with my modded TRX-4. I just added the beefs sliders and will be installing proline back half cage and the optionals gears. This truck has alot of potential very excited.

Transmission flip(then you flip the gears in the transmission)/motor forward set-up. The motor still faces forward but it's mounted to the side of the spur using spacers. Put Electronic's on one slider and battery on the other. That'll give you the lowest center-of-gravity.

I'm digging the new wheels and tires. Look like the old American Racing Type 62 wheels that were so popular in my youth. I'm also a fan of downsizing slightly in tire size to get back into scale. Very nice start!

I would like to see a scaled out hardbody, and what kind of changes you will make with the electronics. My Element is more or less a stock kit version with a few changes and I have been racking my brain trying to figure out what direction to go with it. I think this series is going to provide me some good ideas. Great video as always. 👍👍👍👍

Hey carmine good to see you around! These fellas come with aluminum inner splines in the driveshafts so they should take a bit of abuse as long as he doesnt put a brushless 6S power supply in it lol these trucks are very... Endurable!!! Lol sorry I had to.

Great videos🤙 and as for your tyres and rims setup on this truck I have actually got the same BF Goodrich tyres and very similar rims on my full size 5th gen Hilux here in Australia can't say enough good things about them they're awesome tyres,i have now done about 100,000km on them and not one punch and still heaps of tread to go👍

Just a heads up, I put the full scale Mud Terrains on my Full Size Jeep and they performed great however they are really noisy. So Noisy, my wife refused to ride in the jeep since we had a toddler.

Ssd clearly sent out review parts to a bunch of channels. A bunch of channels just happened to "buy" the exact same upgrades for their enduro's too! All had a similar story about some kind of "build series" with a couple other branded upgrades. Either I'm getting better at seeing these types of "coincidences" or they aren't trying as hard to embed their marketing so its not as obvious.

Nice video Matt!! I too really enjoy the Sendero. I’m sure you’ve bought all the hard plastic bits but I would love to see you put a vs4-10 chassis on it and really stiffen up that flex.
