It is so refreshing to see legitimate story telling happening here! I work with Max Moore at our Toyota dealership, and that is one of the best parts of your videos.We were talking about how there is an overabundance of videos that show a bunch of wheeling, but have no plot, or point. I have a 4 year old daughter who loves go wheeling and adventuring in the backcountry. Would be neat to tag along sometime. And of course, good on ya for production values that would land you in an episode of Nat. Geo!

Love your content, storytelling and videography. I recently moved to SW MO and your content is helping me map out areas I want to camp at and explore! Also I wanted to give you kudos for including and loved you and your brothers singing On Christ the Solid Rock I Stand and the Doxology! I would love to hear that coming from a camp nearby while I was in the woods. Keep up the good work!

Welcome to the Ozarks! Really appreciate the kind comment. My brothers and I grew up in the Church of Christ so sometimes the singing just happens haha

Awesome video brother, well put together, very talented! I stayed in that exact spot on 11/11/24 I think it was a day after you and your brothers were there. This was our first time overlanding can't wait to do it again!

First time?! Dude so awesome. You picked a great spot for your first trip. Thanks for leaving us some firewood.
@Followthepinas8 күн бұрын
@BakerOverland Man I thought you left it for me 🤣. We tried to get to Pilot Knob our first night and just about got stuck on a logging road just south of it. We ended up just pulling off in an open spot and set up camp for the night and the rain came! The second night we stayed at a sweet little spot between 3 and 6 finger falls right on falling waters creek. This place is beautiful! It was scary being out first "over land" trip not knowing the roads. I posted a video of our last day. No where near the equality of yours but hopefully one day I'll get close! I can't do the poetry though that's all you!

Was that little orange Volkswagen there when you guys came in from the south? They were there in the morning when we left. I don't know how they got that thing back up that hill.

@@bigrockoverland dude I’d love to get some FPV footage. Do you have any on your channel?
@bigrockoverland8 күн бұрын
@@BakerOverland I have been too scared to bring it into the Overlanding world tbh. I have 1 trip i used it on so far. kzbin.info/www/bejne/i5fHgnuKoKeHpsU i also have a secret FPV channel i made before we got into overlanding. that's how i got into overlanding, was doing drone work. I tried to start a media company and even got an LLC. did a few gigs, and gave it up for overlanding. drones is how it all started. if i could ever get to the point where i can film a lot more i think our quality would be much higher. Kayla can't use our fx30 for some reason...and tripod every shot is just boring. i feel like where i want to be and where i am right now are so very different. i really want to inspire others to get out there though our journeys and through visual storytelling with my cinematography skills. I like a much more dramatic vibe. easy to get lost in the sauce when you're self taught on everything. its nice to see other good people doing something they love in a way that's cinematic and meaningful. i'm sad i didn't discover you channel much sooner in my journey, but i'm glad I DID find you, none the less. good on you brother.
