Right now the water is probably higher than it was on this trip, but in general yes, you should be able to make it.

We always do...on this trip, on the 2nd day all the kids scanned the area we camped at and picked up garbage that trash people left.

I think you can depend on the size (a big rv trailer will be challenging)

So someone is coming towards you on that very narrow road. Who backs up for a mile so they can get by you? Lol That could turn out to be a bad situation to be in. Could ruin your trip? Lol
