We've made it and finally linked up with our friends Bryan and Emily! Bryan and Emily travelled across the US in their Patriot Campers X3 and brought Nick, another X3 owner. In this episode, we leave the trailers behind to run 4x4 trails in the Tillamook State Forest OHV Trail system to add a few Jeep Badge of Honors to our collection. An awesome day wheeling with friends in an incredible rainforest environment. Enjoy!

@@SixOverland True that, reforestation regulations have helped a lot in that area. It's said we have more trees today in the USA than we had 100 years ago. Hope for forests and timberlands restored.

The tree on Cedar Tree used to be in lush forest! That's crazy! This was fun, Grant. Takes me back to my old stomping grounds. I forgot how TIGHT these trails can be! Looks like you guys had a blast!

It appears that the State Forest allowed logging to take place in that area a few years back. We still had a great time and glad we were able to take you down memory lane! Thanks for watching!

My backyard. I’ve been in TSF since the mid 80’s. Regularly. It drives the foresters nuts that the Cedar Tree isn’t even a cedar! The newest section is awesome on a clear day seeing every volcano from Mt Rainier, Mt Adam’s, Mt St Helens to Mt Hood and I believe the last one south is Mt Washington!

The spare tire bag is a Trasharoo. It’s a spare tire trash/storage bag. It gives us a dedicated space outside the vehicle to pack-out our trash. Pretty handy.

Jeeps are very capable, but the safety scores are horrid, and the reliability scores from consumer reports are some of the worst. I mean i would be very hesitant to wheel alone. Its a shame though, the Rubicons are probably THE most capable off road vehicle you can buy completely stock. Front and rear lockers. That's a very big deal. I went with the FJ Cruiser. It only has a rear locker but hardly use it. Still do like Jeeps though, no matter what.
