Zimbabwe boasts an average 3000 hours of sunshine each year. Welcome to all of you and we hope you enjoy your stay. Had to sub of course.

What an awesome trip I want to do Zimbabwe with my family to. When you say "the most adventurous road" do you mean breathtaking or a very difficult and rough road?
@GunnlandExplores2 жыл бұрын
Zimbabwe is definitely a country we should all explore!! We underestimated the time from the start of the dirt road to Gonarezhou by about 6-7 hours! A 4x4 will be the safer option but meant adventurous more in the sense of feeling a bit lost, so far from any town and it feels like it could be a road used twice a month 😁 The scenery was spectacular!!
@tommyhartvig54952 жыл бұрын
Lol I hear you. It's seams like an amazing adventure indeed. I been in similar situations on the bike and at the moment you feel all alone but at the end of it you look back and say this is life.

Guys as interesting as your trip has been, driving through and camping on private/ tribal land without permission is not clever and makes life difficult for the rest of us. There are perfectly good district roads to Mabalahuta and into Gonarezhou.
@GunnlandExplores2 жыл бұрын
We greeted an were met only by friendliness at every social interaction with the locals - they were extremely welcoming to all of us, why does it make life difficult for you? Who are the rest of you?

I walked from Harare to Gonerazou, to raise funds for wildlife conservation and experienced nothing but warm Zimbabwean hospitality everywhere I went. I think how you treat others has a lot to do with how they respond to you.
