One of the best films ever, truly perfect in every way. Adored the cast, everyone was amazing

Nice to see you haven't completely given up on this channel! This sort of reminds me of the final film of Mike Hodges, I'll Sleep When I'm Dead. It was Hodges' final completed film, and in spite of no intention for that, it works perfectly as a closer, almost acting as filmography bookends with Get Carter.

Dull!? That's not usually the word associated with this flick

@@hollywoodvulture It could also be that I didn’t care for any of the characters

It was an anxious movie for me. One of the movies that i can't rewatch, even if its very well made technically. Twisted story, i had many questions while watching. Two great parents who apparently make a perfect loving couple... don't have any idea how messed-up their two sons are. A father still crazily in love with his wife, living like in a continuous bubble honey-moon, is killing his SON because of accidentally killing his own mother due to horribly gone-wrong plan?! I mean, while i completely understand the horrific feeling of losing a beloved spouse, i dont think that this makes u less of a parent (unless u were never there as a true parent, which may make sense in this scenario). Sorry, didn't mean to write such a long paragraph. 😬
