Quick tip. Dimensional Spirits can be summonerd on Stargaze summons. Before the event ends, save one to keep summoning more Dimensional Spirits.

Since they are free might as well get all of them. You never know if there will be more chances to get the soul shards later. But it will be very very difficult or near impossible to ascend all three without spending.
