StrayDog You should watch Youjo Senki or Saga of Tanya The Evil in English, the creator of that and Overlord are friends in real life, I also suggest you read the Light Novels for both, if you think that the anime are good then the LN delves much more into depth and has more details since anime usually cut content from their source materials

Strange feeling. The title “Silent Solitude” fits this version much better than the original one while listening to this again and again. How should I say...In the original it feels like some sort of madness that is brought by the solitude, while this one brings feelings like despair and depression. You can feel more emotionally connected with characters and their actions, with Ainz and what he had done to provide protection to what he cherishes, basically slaughtering billions of those, whom he once was himself. Not every song can bring such thoughts. Amazing cover, absolutely love it!

I don't know how to describe it but I feel like the original is somewhat "empty", there's no "drop", the instrumentals don't change that much and there are glitch effects here and there, it's as if the song is trying to be something else, but fails in changing, like Ainz in the show

If you add van Der meer's talent with Fonzi. Its a whole new level.... I wish I can play piano.. Again. I stopped playing piano because my grandfather died. He thought me how to play piano but then he had a stage 3 leukemia. He died a few days later. Then I stopped playing for 5 years until I saw fonzi's videos. It's amazing how he can play anime songs in a piano. So inspiring
