Fun Fact! It is strongly implied that the Elder Lich (Iguva) that the Lizardmen faced is the asshole adventurer (Igvarge) that antagonized Ainz during the Adventurers Guild meeting when they were discussing Shalltear. This is a bit supported by the fact that both characters have the same ENG and JAP VA, as well as the fact that right side of Iguva's face is scarred, most likely from the blunt impact of Mare's staff, which killed Igvarge.

@@vhaelen326 went from イグヴァルジ (igvarge/iguvaruji) to イグヴァ (igva/iguva) they just got rid of the last part of his name, lol

And there was also the fact that when they killed Igvarge, they mentioned using these higher level adventurers to experiment with raising more powerful undead.

7:38 that armor is one of the lizardman treasure (like the ice sword), its defensive ability rise by absorbing the intellect of the wearer, the stronger it gets, the dumber you become... That lizardman is so intelligent that he can talk even while wearing the armor

regarding rororo (the hydra) the lich was expecting to to go down quickly using flame attacks since hydra is very weak against flame (in fact most reptilian race is weak to flame due to being cold blooded) the unique thing about rororo is that thing only got 4 heads common thing about hydra is that they will have an odd number of heads 3/5/7/9 with the center head being in command rororo is a unique type of hydra and most likely dont share same weakness as typical hydra, the very reason as to why it tanked so many fire hits

This arc is one of my favorites in the series. The introduction to the characters, learning about them and their past a bit, seeing them put aside their differences and past grudges in order to work together and fight against an overwhelmingly strong common enemy. Even the romance sub-plot between Crusch and Zaryusu isn't uninteresting and makes the next episode have an... unexpected ending.

CGI is like pencils, sure I can use basic pencils cause I'm broke and can barely draw. Or I can get a proper set including the basic pencil so I can draw masterpieces. CGI is part of a set and used properly in that set makes beautiful things. Also I do get animating is hard, deadlines suck and noone gets payed enough for all the overtime, then the fans get made if you either changed to much or didn't add enough original flare.

that elder lich actually can made havoc in this world just like a mere single death knight can destroy a whole empire 😂 . that made sense to see they think that elder lich is their boss while he is actually just mere minion. I feel bad for them.

The fact they reduced the amount of CGI used in season 2 really goes to show how popular the first season was cause the difference in the animation budget between season 1 and 2 is definitely on full display lol.
