So, to explain what Philip did, he gathered some farmers and "ambushed" the cart that was taking the relief aid to the Holy Kingdom but before it arrived, he took off his helmet because it was too hot. The guards escorting the caravan (hired by the Eight Fingers, so they could have easily killed Philip and his farmers) were gonna fight back but their leader noticed Philip and not wanting to anger Ainz, he left the cart to Philip and left with the guards. Philip then took the flag of the Sorcerer's Kingdom (which is the same flag as the guild Ainz Ooal Gown) as part of his trophy for a job well done so that he can brag about it, along with all of the food. During all of this, Philip thought he would be admired for standing up against the Sorcerer's Kingdom and for whatever fucking reason, he also thought it would impress Albedo.

15:26 I think He's a great "person", but not a great "king". He doesn't have the ruthless cunning a king should have. He has no control over his nobles and if it wasn't for Ainz Gazef would've died back in season 1 because all the nobles prevented him from being able to provide Gazef with the armor he wore against Ainz. If Gazef had worn that armor in season 1 he would've had a much easier time dealing with the Slane Theocracy.

The agreement Renner was talking about was back before the Katz Plains Massacre, Zanac promised land for herself and Climb to live out their lives, but Renner said it was too late to herself, she's keeping up appearances by pretending she wants the land to stay with Climb. Kristoffer Olsson (the one in charge of transporting the supplies) didn't attack Phillip or his posse because he believed that was the WORST thing he could do due to knowing Phillip was a pawn for Hilma, and he might incur her wrath if Phillip died. "Dominate" forces the target to speak only truths, or rather a person's interpretation of the truth, if a person's memory was rewritten, they would think that was the truth, and Dominate would force them to say that. Ainz also asked Hilma if she has been told that she has multiple personalities, and that was ruled out when she said "I have not."."That" more than likely refers to the "Nazarick Baptism" of Kyouhukou (the "Worst Residence" of the 5 Worst cockroach)'s family eating someone inside out (like with that one team of invaders). The people Hilma met upon her return are called "Noah", "Endio", and "Oscas", and the room she was warped to was a plot of land the chief of the gambling division of the Eight Fingers: Noah Zwedane bought to open an illegal casino. King Ramposa offered his head because as the LN states via Zanac's thoughts "For an incident of this scale, an official apology and the head of the king would ""have"" to be enough to settle the matter. Anyone demanding more than that would only invite ridicule." And that "a king's life was always subject to the needs of his kingdom." meaning Ramposa hoped he could stop the war by sacrificing himself instead of his people. That was what made Zanac see what it meant to be a true king, whereas prior, he saw only weakness in his father.

this is where the new Overlord movie should be inserted, the Holy Kingdom arc of the novel got lifted out and made into the Sacred Kingdom movie. So this conversation between Zanac and Renner is referring to events in the movie. 8:20 Hilma was telling the others she wasn't tortured "that" meaning taken back to the roach room.

The dual personality theory I have for ainz has never been more prevalent than in this season. The human consciousness (Ainz) doesn’t have a clue about what’s going on whereas the overlord and game character consciousness (Momonga) is actually setting up everything in the way that demiurge and albedo are reading into. Because if the NPCs got their own personality when transported to this world, wouldn’t it make sense for Momonga to get his own personality as well but because his player was isekaid with them there are two consciousness’s within the body. The strategist and leader of Nazarick Momonga and the human who thinks everything he says and does is a coincidence or luck, Ainz.
