It's a small aoe stun that attracts every enemy pokemon inside that circle with Comfey's host also getting a shield

It's both a stun and upgrades Comfeys base ability, Triage, to give additional shield scaling on top of what it was. The kiss itself needs to be charged while attached to a target which pulls everything towards you after hitting it, which scales in duration the more flowers you have. The plus version gives the attached pokemon more move speed while you charge the move. With ult buff flowers, the duration of the stun is massively increased.
