A good word for the white collar people are the Zoomocracy. They are comfortable working from home and they don't necessarily have expose themselves to the outside world. They can afford to get their food delivered to them. They also don't have the burden of wearing a mask all day, they may only need to wear it for an hour at the grocery store once a week. Their understanding of risk and comfort is way out of whack. I am technically white collar but I've read the data and realize I'm low risk and not worried about COVID at all. Plus, I'm vaccinated, so I'm especially not worried. I've been trying to live my life as normally as possible since June 2020. This includes travelling, going to the gym, eating at restaurants, shopping in person, and socializing in person.
