My First Trail Race | Sinhagad Epic Trail 2024

It’s a Race Day vlog where Rhythm and I travel to Pune to run on the Western Ghats. It was a surreal experience. Running a half marathon on a trail is totally different compared to running on the road. I had never seen Maharashtra like this before. The only goof-up that happened was I forgot the GoPro in the Uber while coming back.

How to increase endurance to run for long times or long distances? Is it about diet or mental thing or anything else... I mean i can't even completely half kilometre continously?

Need to start slow and keep building..start with 5m run 5 min walk for 30 mins.. slowly increase the running time and decrease the walking time..soon you'll be able to do 30 mins non-stop and you can build from there
