Join us aboard the world's most haunted ship, The Queen Mary!
The historic RMS Queen Mary was built in Scotland and sailed its inaugural sailing in 1936. Following just a few years of service, this luxury ocean liner was converted into the largest and fastest troopship of World War II - earning its nickname as the “Grey Ghost.”
After surviving the war and being converted back to an oceanliner for many years of service, before its retirement in 1967, the Queen Mary was permanently docked in Long Beach, California, where it has operated as a hotel and museum ever since.
The ship has a storied reputation for being haunted, and numerous ghostly sightings and paranormal experiences have been reported by visitors and staff. Some of the most famous haunted areas on the Queen Mary include the Engine Room, where a tragic accident claimed the life of a crew member; the First-Class Swimming Pool, where the spirit of a young girl named Jackie is said to linger; and room B340 - so haunted that its been closed to the public for the majority of the hotel’s existence.
Whether you believe in the supernatural or not, the Queen Mary's storied past continues to captivate the imaginations of visitors from around the world. We’re here to experience for ourselves the “world’s most haunted ship.”
In this video, we recorded what might be our best evidence of paranormal activity yet - multiple knocking noises in the engine room by door 13, and by room B340. As well as potential EVPs - a deeper voice "humming" or saying "no" while Ryan was speaking, picked up on Ryan's mic but not Veronica's - and unintelligible voices in what's supposed to be a vacant room B340. Certainly not definitive, but easily the only "eyebrow raising" content we've captured in all of our "haunted" stays across the country.

So glad Long Beach saved the Queen Mary! Fun fact, that Carnival terminal dome was originally built to house the Spruce Goose.
