I live a few miles up the road in Germantown. My dad says theres been stories about this place since the 60s. Ive been by this place 1000 times but not been in it. You should check out the "ufo" in Carlisle, Ohio. Its actually a 1960s ultra-modern-space-age modular home.

Poasttown was my elementary school for 6 years beginning in 1958. Nothing strange ever happened there that I remember but I was only there during daytime and with 100's of other kids. The only place there that gave me the creeps was the gym. Can't explain why but it gave me bad vibes and cold chills just to be in there. I might have had your grandma for a teacher if she taught there way back then.

The janitor's closet, the noise, it didn't sound like things falling, it sounded more like the janitor picking up his mop from off the wall. Like it was on a hanger and he took it down and put it in the mop bucket. I know that sound because I've done janitor work

Used to “break” in there and explore it in high school when ownership was basically nonexistent. Even during the day it was creepy and felt dark. The roof was a good smoking spot 😅

I think that one avenue that you all completely disregarded was the possibility of victims of the train wreck haunting the school

I did an investigation there on Halloween night last year dressed as John Constantine and I heard a woman humming in my right ear in a utility closet down the hallway from the doll room.

I live about 30 minutes from this old School. Parts of Butler County Ohio are on the Great Miami River which had a record breaking flood in 1913. Middletown Ohio and Hamilton Ohio (which are 20 minutes apart) were both flooded and many died. Strange how no one has realized the flood may also be why this location is so haunted. Its almost right next to the river. My friend has been to this school a few times and have some experiences. From what I heard about the Janitor sprit, he likes to touch woman.

I know of some underground railroad tunnels here in Germantown, Ohio also. That was used to assist in running slaves into canada.

Downtown Chilicothe is eery at night. I was a carnival worker in 2015-2016 and we worked the harvest moon festival, I may have messed the name up there. But the Downtown and parks area had really noticeable energy shifts and cold spots. And seeing the yellow orange glow of the prison added to it.
