Absolutely, every cyclist needs a proper breakfast before a day on the bike, and that rice dish looks a helluva lot better than those dehydrated meals so beloved of Westerners at 12 USD a pop. Can I offer a piece of advice? When you put glue on the inner tube leave it for at least five minutes before applying the patch to allow the solvent to evaporate.
