Just having protection from the elements and the ability to stay warm and cook a meal are highly underrated pleasures in the modern, developed world. This looked like a great little break from the everyday. Ellie is such a well-mannered dog. As much as she likes to swim, she lay contentedly in the kayak the whole time that you were on the water. My dog would probably try to jump back into the water, probably capsizing the kayak in the process. 😂
