That's a cool old plantation. And the Mansion, I could see the people who ran it like the Plantations in Italy. They had tunnels underneath to escape a rebellion. The reason why you see the steam and airflow is that it's colder at the other end. Thanks for the video on this place.

I'm giving you a bit of advice.. on our farm on savage wet days, ma would have a cupboard of bread sacks and string or twine an we would slip them over our shoes or boots. No we didnt have wellies, only the rich folk did 50yrs ago lol But now grocery bags are plastic, as they weren't back when I was a kid, or even those small garbage pail bags will work. Carry 4 in each back pack or go to the store before an explore, find yarn or string for tying around the calves or break the plastic handles an use them as tie strips. Even a handful of rubber bands works. Even if you get wet 1st or see it coming, slip those feet in bags. I'm telling you, save those feet. Then you're all set for those wet tunnels and basements. Light weight, dont take up any space and off you go. Always enjoy your videos as well as Sam an Jess'. Btw, use just the ends of earbuds in your ears and it improves your hearing immensely. x PS, that pigeon noise is called cooing. 😉 A lot of those tunnels were used for illegal drugs. Portugal's biggest drug traffickers dealt with opium back in the day. Only the traffickers knew how to escape a tunnel besides the owner.
