Wow, never saw savoury oats. Is this meant to be eaten as a brekki or is it versatile and can be eaten any time of the day? I mean, surely, I can always eat everything when I want to but just curious what the idea behind this dish is.

Do you have any grain free low carb versions of this recipe please? I wonder if the oats could be swapped for shredded courgette, courgette or squash, ground flax, chia and psyllium husk?

Squash is a great swap! I'd use kabocha or butternut. I also have a chestnut porridge recipe (scroll back through older episodes!) that could totally work. When in doubt, use greens. :D

Curious, Id love to try this. However, I don't know if I want to go out and buy more than what is needed for one helping to see if I like it. There are so many ingredients that I wouldn't have put together with oats and breakfast. Also, don't normally have all these ingredients around the house. Do you know of a place to get small quantities of this stuff?
