I haven't tried boiling rice water as yet or the orange peel- or letting it sit for a week!...I will def try this way. Usually when I use it I let it sit for 24 hours, and I use tea tree essential oil...I use it as a pre wash and I notice right away not much breakage...it truly works!

THANK YOUUUUUU. Geeeeeeeeeez. And that is how to correctly make rice water. I seen one sista actually put her rice water in the freezer🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️. I make mine by the gallon and let it sit for over a month. I’ll make 8 to 10 gallons at a time. It takes for ever but it takes a month before i can use it. I don’t use a spray bottle. I dunk my head in it like the Yao sistas do. Use lots of grapefruit peels and i also add cloves and bay leaves, sometimes even rosemary. But this is the correct way to make effective rice water. You gotta cook it.

Before i start the fermentation I’ll cook it with the peels, let it simmer 15-20 min , and add the bay leaves Cloves and rosemary place it in the container and let it all get happy in my pantry for over a month. It smells great b/c if the rosemary.

You can try to start off by massaging. Massaging scalp edges will help a lot. Try doing so everyday. U can also try using some water..and maybe an oil of hr choice u use. U can try jama blk castor. U can also try aloe vera and leave it in.

Hey beautiful, it will go faster if you pour the rice water over your hair upside down in the tub, whilst holding a bowl under your head to catch the excess rice water. I simply bath my hair in organic black, and red rice water then leave it in overnight.

I can’t say for sure, but watching others rice videos from her. I believe it was just wet and detangled maybe with conditioner before, due to the rice water being so drying it’s would of been hard to detangle non slip hair even when wet which will cause damage.
