Great times.. Though why did you put floats above the crawfish pots? Weigh them down so they don't wash ashore. It also keeps the bait/smell stationary.

Great video! Looking to do a catfish trip with my girlfriend, she lives in Idaho, just need to find a good spot down there. Curious you had a Newman lake crappie video a while back, will you be back to Newman this year? I can't seem to find them! Need an expert like you to show me some tricks, I have an extra kayak if you're interested. Take care man 👍

Yeah right now they are in the upper middle of the columbia if you're at to be snake!! Little crappie jigs or wee Dick Nite green works. And little chrome spinner or spoon gotta weight them accordingly to depth. They travel mid to bottom of River as close to shore like casting distance with an 1/2 0z. Lead

If you add about maybe a tablespoon of salt to the water your storing them in they will puke there stomach contents out or purge them before your cook.

@@SamongOutdoors well it’s no big deal. I’m sure y’all are not having crawfish boils very often 😜. We do 100 lbs at a time and the stomach contents can taint the pot. We purge and rinse. Great videos keep them coming.
