im actually using the corrupt caci set for water healer/cleric build. race went with high elf for lower cooldown on my cleanse wa. guild is scholar also for the lower cooldown on my cleanse. my blade is the golden trident, and my handle is anglewood handle, i infused 1 riptide piece and 2 gunslinger pieces for lower cleanse cooldown. rune is magic missiles and ring is caster for lower rune cooldown. i heal for 42 hp with my cleanse on a 25 sec cooldown (11 sec cooldown with starguadian armor) and i heal for 8 hp every 7 seconds with the sacred ground passive from my handle.

So for example if I use this on thunder Galliano which has negative speed boost and negative magic defense would it exponentially buff those into the positives? Also does it always delete the positive stats on the armour?

yes it would turn the negative into a positive and yes it removes all positive stat boosts but not the passive. it would not remove rabbits foot passive for example

Its possible to get 2 enchants on a armor piece and the berserking enchant doubles your positive and negative stats so if you get a corrupt berserking enchants on an armor piece lets just say your going to be a tad bit op
