Mania Plus is a pretty good game and all, but I was pretty disappointed that there weren’t any Super Emeralds to get in the Encore Mode’s Special Stages, and no Hyper Forms either. Also, for the QOTD, I’d love to see Hyper Robotnik.

Epicest _gamer The hitbox doesn't have anything to do with it. No characters aside from Sonic load new sprites when they change into their Super forms, they just glow. As far as I'm aware, there's no way right now for people to force the other characters to load new sprites when they transform.

Garrulous64 i already saw a mod that added new abilities to the characters and even one of boost and another one with wisps is not impossible but you would need to do BIG hex edits in the address besides insert the super flicky graphics in the game etc etc resume would take possible months to make it true or maybe even years

The only reason the buzz bomers bullet bounced off is because of the lightning shield, it happens in regular lightning shield, when ur super or hyper it's invisible untill you transform back to normal form like after the level is beat

Hyper Sonic’s colors are probably the only thing I don’t like about the mod. Since he’s supposed to flash many colors. Not just blue and green. I could understand that it’s probably because of the whole seizure thing. But they should have a alternate version that has its proper colors

I imagine giving the other characters super sprites wouldn’t be impossible Ljstar has added new sprites to the sprite sheet without replacing existing ones so if you did that and then messed with variables enough so that the game briefly thought you where sonic but loaded the sprites instead of super Sonics sprites it might work
