Suedo Vigilance > Vigilance. Tapped abilities untap which doesn't happen with regular Vigilance. Tap abilities also run at instant speed so you could potentially do it again.

Looks like a nice upgrade for the merfolks. But I have taken the trouble of adding Roaming throne to the decklist, x2 triggers always makes a lot of impact on the table.

The merfolk hakbal looks very interesting and I might buy the precon and give it a try. The sea hunter seems really good for searching that merfolk. Is Herald of screams still viable in standard/commander btw? If so then it would be a good addition as all merfolk become unblockable long as they have +1+1 counters on them.

@@AffinityForCommander agreed price of precon has gone up so I’m likely to just make my own at somepoint but I ordered the commander and another green creature that grows bigger everytime explore is used. Along with doubling season, primal vigor etc it could get crazy 😂

I've never had a problem with *targeted* land destruction. Am I going to be salty you blew up my Nykthos? Yes, yes I am. Am I going to pretend I didn't have it coming? No, no I am not. Honestly, this precon looks sweet. If I was still willing to give Hasbro money, I'd buy it. As it stands, I might have to proxy up a deck, with the various upgrades suggested.

This is CardMarket, a European website. We chose the lowest English version of each card that was available. There's a link in the video description 🙂

There are 2 "tribal sorcery" and 1 "tribal enchantment" merfolk cards that count as non-creature merfolk! 😄

Cheapest english version at time of video? Wow, 3 month later and I can't even get poor condition spanish or japanese versions of most of these cards for these prices on cardmarket. Cheapest english version of Garenbrig for example starts at 14€.

Hopefully prices will settle down again soon. It just takes one commander to show a card's power for it's price to shoot up 😅
