We legit just sold one same year more miles bout 191k for $16-$17k owner put new shoes on it and loves it 🤷🏻‍♂️ not a smoker though that’s likely why it’s not selling over the year, miles, or price 😂 I own a second gen.. one of the best trucks made

The reason it’s so overpriced is, they know tacomas are popular. And they know some dumbass will come along and pay what they are asking. If people would stop paying they would come down.

The fuel injected 5.3 LS truck motor is an excellent engine. 300.000 miles no problem. At some point GM put out a 5.3 or 6.0 LS motor with this fuel management system that goes from eight cylinder to four cylinder while your driving down the road. All to sane fuel. Run and run far. I’ve known many people that had to trade the truck because that motor will not stay running.Research it before you buy a Chevy or GM truck.

Biggest reason i didn’t buy a used truck when i bought my new 2022 colorado v6 wt . used 2017/2018 tacoma’s with 130.000 km were going for $38-42k and other used trucks with over 200k going for $20k plus .No thanks so i bought my new colorado for $44k taxes in . A base tacoma was like $47k before tax in 2022

It is a 13 year old truck after all. But, it is a 2nd generation and someone will buy it, just for that reason if it's not rusty underneath.

This is the reason why i decided to buy a new 2023 tacoma trd sport v6 at the dealership because the price of the used one is $3-$4k diff but i get the peace of mind that the truck was not abused.

Not true...just recently a friend of mine works for a large network car dealer (think big) said a customer paid $28K for a 2014 Tacoma TRD Pro with 87K miles...yeesh. Truck was in overall good condition considering mileage and age, but apparently the 2nd gen Tacoma market is a weird anomaly right now.

I previously owned a used 2014 Nissan Frontier that I had for 5 years sold it with 131,000 miles for 15k, sold faster then any of the Tacomas for sale. My truck was also in way better condition then that Tacoma. 😂
