About Sydney, Bartending could be a great step to advance further. Evolution in townhall, Kenvale in Randwick do offer RSA for international students. While you are going for RSA, go for RCG as well. Do a package deal, cheaper, and having gaming license gets you an opportunity at bigger clubs that offer gambling. Bartending in a restaurant is not ideal especially if its a shady indian restaurant.
