Those buckets are common in Minnesota. They are sometimes called a sand bucket or a sewer bucket. They are a high capacity bucket that are used were soils are fairly easy to dig in. Thanks for watching!

We haul them for John Deere on 4+4 drop side lowbed. They are a nice machine. I don't think stripped down like that the machine it self is 90 ton. Gross might be 90. We move them all day on a 190klbs permit. Nice team work though

The trailer used to move the huge JD Digger maybe old tech, but it works!! so stick with what you know. Like the add on bogie to help spread close on the same weight as a fully loaded Boeing 707. For towing power I use a Bulldog configured as a 10x6, a Sisu tri-drive rear bogie and twin steering front axles,. A good old fashioned KTA Cummins twirling a 6 speed Allison CLBT 6061 semi automatic gearbox ,a 4 speed Brownie auxiliary box with ZF hydraulic retarder. One thing I like is the large diameter tyres around 12R ,22,5, less prone to blow outs compared with the tiny tyres used on Shuerle, Cometto, and Nicholas hydraulic modular trailers .

Nice excavator & what kind of bucket is that because I've never seen one on a modern excavator just on a steam excavator but with the teeth & that bucket doesn't have any teeth on it
