Looks incredible. I’ve found when I cut a knife into the pan it damages through the seasoning of the pan and you get cut lines gouged into the cast iron. 😢

Better than the old standby of cold NY Style double pepperoni pizza, that much is certain. One can't add to perfection but I'd certainly would try with the following: Maple link sausages Country ham glazed with stone ground mustard, brown sugar and Maple syrup slices or brown sugar cured bacon Corned or roast beef hash. I prefer my eggs over hard Instead of NY strip steak, I'd go for ribeye, bone in is preferred but boneless would work too, at least 1½-1¾" inches
