➡️Stan and Rhonda from Over The Hill Adventures continue on their A First For Everything series. In this exciting episode, Stan and Rhonda find themselves at Old West Cinnamon Rolls in Pismo Beach. These cinnamon rolls have been hailed as a true California original for 40 years! They take their fresh hot cinnamon rolls down to Oceano Campground-Pismo State Beach, one of very few beaches in California you can drive on. They park and enjoy their cinnamon rolls while watching hydro-foil surfers, fishermen, dolphins and even a breaching whale. It was a magical moment on the beach until, for the first time, Stan gets his truck stuck!

Another fun video! Those rolls looked very tasty but really, you should shared with your bride! I guess she could change your name to Hezekiah Skinflint. Stan, you are proof of the old adage: "Four-wheel drive is designed to get you out of someplace two-wheel drive got you into!" @Over The Hill Adventures - Good! You've restored my faith your generosity! Don't do what I did one time. Dottie and I hadn't been married very long. We stopped in an Albuquerque Dunkin' Donuts and she got some pastries. So, we were driving on I-40 thru town and she offered a bite of her fruit-filled sweet roll. She pushed it into my mouth just as we hit a bump and I bit down. The bite took all the fruit. Was she mad! She still rubs that in my face on occasion, even after 44 years! 😉

Pismo is a regular stop for us. It’s about 2.5 hours away. I’ve gotten my F250 and our class A motorhome stuck in that sand before! Lol

I got to say we love this area. We had so much fun. When you want to play in the sand with your big truck you have to air down. It was incredible watch these trucks towing their huge tow haulers.

That day on the beach would have looked a lot different if he couldn’t get the truck out on his own 😅🙌 💰 That bike ride was enjoyable and ending up at the beach was the reward for sure. I’m with you too on camping at the beach nice place to visit for a day but I wouldn’t wanna stay there. The cinnamon rolls look delicious and huge the bike trail was wonderful. Are you still loving the E bikes and do you use them more than your old ones. Thanks from Wisconsin

We just stayed at the KOA with our 2500RL. You guys got a giant spot compared to ours. We were in site 83 and we could just about reach out the window and touch our neighbors. Of course it didn't matter much as it was just a place to sleep between adventures to the beach and wine country. Safe travels heading north!

Speed or sink in sand. I hate to air down when clamming, so I stay on wet sand.

The problem with going fast is the speed limit was 15mph. So speed wasn’t an option. Not doing that again.lol.
