Soo let me get this straight. You're a coach that's based on no punting, meaning y'all probably never practice punting the ball at practice, and your QB/punter told you his not comfortable with punting it have someone else do it, but you force him to take it and gets mad cuz he messed up... what type of coaching is that. Now I see why the players had no faith in him.

It makes sense to not punt in the high school level because kids aren't nailing 30 yard field goals constantly. If you fail to convert on 4th down, you're not worried about field goal range for the other team. But pretty dumb in college when schools have punters and kickers who take it more serious that level.

I have never been motivated by anyone who yells and screams. It doesn't express passion. It shows a lack of control and discipline. A coach who yells things like, "You're slow! You can't keep up! As a coach watching this I can see why they had such a horrible season, he couldn't control his players. This is why I don't see myself coaching at the college or pro level, it's hard to control grown men especially grown men who already didn't respect you before you even walked in the door. If I was him we wouldn't have even had a season cause I would have cut over half the team cause I don't play that BS it's my way or the highway
