Nice, clear and simple for what seems at the beginning complicated and overwhelming. My two cents for Release On Demand : Facebook is doing a continuous delivery and deployment all the time, for the web client there is a continuous deployment but for the app client, it's the user who will choose when to get the new one and that's a Release On Demand. Thanks again for the great content

I want to used it only for my personal reference. Cheers.

Facing a situation due to frequent changes in design and requirements. We're forming a seperate group for backlog refinement in advance comprising of PO, SM, Architect. Can you suggest about operational KPIs we can consider to measure the effectiveness of this activity. Thanks in adavance.

1. Validation of Value or Hypothesis made with real testing, mean what was assumed value while doing prioritization to what came out later. 2. Readiness of Items for the coming PI or Iteration, % of readiness 3.Flunctuation inside the Sprint or PI because of change in direction. Some ideas to start with.

Thanks Saket... explained it from root. But if we use jira tool for pi, jira tool is not responding for concurrent access where team size is more than 150. I was exploring which tool is best for it. And having integration with jira is what we are looking for. What is ur suggestion

Dear Saket Bansal. Can I please ask you to carefully study PRINCE2's product based planning and MSP's Blueprint, as well as some of MoP. You will notice that SAFe's Full Configuration is the Product Breakdown Structure of PRINCE2 and the so called 'magic of SAFe', which is PI planning, is MSP's Blueprint and its tranches. The Portfolio stuff is all explained in detail in MoP.
