I used to look at the heart with all its cardiac, coronary, great, and marginal and that stupid vein that descends upward and felt like I just landed at LAX, Welcome to the Jungle. Now I realize all I needed was a Noted Anatomist and Patience, like was a time I wasn't sure, but you set my mind at ease 🤘

Very well explained heart anatomy and blood circulatory system. The question that comes to my mind is what part of the cardiac cycle ( systolic / diastolic) the blood flows to the left and right coronary arteries.

<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="274">4:34</a> what about the Azygos vein... arising at the union of the right as ending lumbar v. and right subcostal v. through the diaphragm at the aortic hiatus (T12) to drain into the SVC. <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="340">5:40</a> A good thing to know would be all the openings of the RA which would be can you name all 5 and a possible 6th? The answer is opening of the SVC, IVC, opening of the coronary sinus, openings of smallest cardiac veins, right atrioventricular orifice and a possible patent foramen ovale (25%) <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="385">6:25</a> the way i memorized the the TRIcuspid valve was on the right is the the right lung had 3 lobes so the right valve has 3 cusps
