Thank you again Mr Potterfield for sharing the wealth of information that Mr Rowe holds before it is gone. Great series, hope they keep coming!

Mine only has extractors and not ejectors. Stevens savage 530A. Double barrel 30inches 12gauge 2 3/4 chambers. Its is a very nice shooting shotgun that was sitting in an old barn for 25 years. I tested it when i bought it and the guy said it wasnt fired for 25 years atleast. It fired well with no problems.

Those were not high dollar guns but were of great durability and most are still in service, to this day. They are the ones you reach for when you seriously want to do some real hunting!

Ill just say it because I know were all thinking it. I wish this series would have been done several years ago. However, Mr. Rowe still gets his point across very well and I look forward to more. Great job guys... Then again it may just be im hard of hearing and he has an English accent.

My grandpa always used to tell me when you pull the trigger just keep looking at the target and pulling the trigger if the bullets come out of the barrel by surprise you did it right
@matsgranqvist99288 жыл бұрын
that sounds about right but it belongs more to the rifle side of shooting :)

You know, Mr. Potterfield is gracious, but I get the idea that most of what we're seeing here Mr. Potterfield already knows. And yes, nice catch.

Many years ago I sold an H&R single shot 12 Gauge and it would eject every time the gun was opened no matter if the shell was fired or not. I'd love to convert my new one that's in a rifle cartridge to eject rather than just lift the casing up for me to grab it.
