I watch these videos because I enjoy watching you play. The product demos are just an added bonus.

If could play like Jack I would buy one of these! Sounds fantastic and not actually that expensive for a sequential.

Great demo. I never jumped on the analog resurgence bandwagon, but this keyboard sounds really good - just the fix to satisfy those with an analog craving!

Thanks Jack. Love what you and the Falcon do here. Informative and inspiring. Love the Take 5 & hope to get one soon. I opted for the Jupiter Xm first as it checked a few boxes with its battery operation and included speakers.

Brilliant playing!. Please can you give an update on your journey to buying a polysynth? (I think you previouly mentioned this in the UDO Super 6 video). I've love to know either what you got, or what you latest thoughts are.

nice space yall got there. I've been really procrastinating over this one or a pro3. I want a sequential synth but idk if a take5, pro3 or the rev2 module would fit my needs most, or should i skip everything and just get a Nymphes and JU06a. I need some inspiration and i havent had it with what i currently use in over a year.
@xntricity64462 жыл бұрын
It's all about the sound, if it sounds like it would be suitable to your compositions then go for it. I have checked out polys for 12 months and this is the one for me, hands down.
@passivehouseaustralia44062 жыл бұрын
I got a Rev2 second hand 16 voice .... it does all this (take 5) but more. I only got a korg wavestate (again second hand bargin as it kills peoples minds in complexity apparently) as a second option because it can do the really cinematic stuff which REV2 cant. I now have Deluge (drums sequencing, effects and extra synths) rev2 and wavestate.... my daw-less setup is complete.

@@russ254 Cheers mate.. I have been patiently waiting and saving for UBXA as the last piece of the puzzle but all quiet on the Berrnger front .... Need SEM goodness, and could never afford to own nor run a real OBXA.....

@@passivehouseaustralia4406 my guess is they're revising it to have effects onboard.
@Space_pulse Жыл бұрын
@@electrosonicnebula adding the effects is easy. Just some AD/DA converters and a DSP chip. My guess is that they have to find affordable ways to imitate the circuitry with cheaper components. Oberheim never skimped on components like op amps and output transformers. Pretty challenging to recreate a synth like that as a cheaply made, mass-market product.

I have a super 6, model d, and a Juno 106. I’m debating getting a pro one from behringer for that ‘prophet’ sound. Thoughts?
@andrewmasterman20342 жыл бұрын
A mono synth may struggle to give you the ‘prophet’ sound.
@errorkit2 жыл бұрын
I had the Pro-1 and own the P6 and owned the Rev2. Behringer Pro1 sounds nothing like a Prophet - more like a FL Studio Stock Synth back in the 2000s
