19:30 As a Paladins player, I know how painful that could be. There used to be a bug that made every champion have either silent voice lines or abilities. Some had both and there is one tank named Ruckus that is a dive tank and his ult gives him the most dps in the game. You wouldn't know he was ulting behind you until your dead unless you were constantly turning around to see if he was there, since you couldn't hear him. The sound dev found out the problem was the amount of space of all the champions' sound files became too much to handle, so he went through every champion to make their sound files smaller. It hasn't been an issue ever since... Except for a Lian skin not playing her ult voice line... at least the sound effects still play.
