open queue is pretty good if your team is coordinating well and also tanks arent super broken and are actually killable now vs in role queue

I started Overwatch 2 months ago together with a friend. No past OV experience at all. Ranked is so broken. We are both ranked Silver and every 3rd or so game we have diamond players in our lobby since they have no open queue rank. A lot of them are diamond in role queue and play open queue to bash some nubs. Those games are so unfair and toxic. I do not understand why MMR isnt shared between open and role queue.
