If anyone says “OW2 didn’t need PvE” or “There are better PvE games out there” that isn’t the point. OW1 has a dry spill while OW2 was in development for like 3 years and then OW2 released without its main selling point. The PvE is what would’ve made OW2 feel like a sequel instead of “The Biggest Patch in History.” It not coming is almost a spit in the face of everyone who waited for it and wanted to play OW2 for the PvE.

When I played OW it was mostly just for fun, but I also liked to dabble in Competitive a little since being in a team of mostly-equivalent players in terms of skill against another equal team appeals to me. Stomping a match because you got a lucky team in QP just isn't exciting or fun to me. But I'm not gonna waste hours of my life to get an ego boost and try to get like masters in 2 weeks. I'm currently in gold and that's fine for me, though with how long I've been playing (since 2016), and only now trying comp I feel like I'm probably at least plat in terms of skill and game sense, maybe low diamond if I were to sweat my heart out since the gameplay I see of comp matches in those ranks really doesn't look that different from how I play. So yes, play because it's fun but there's definitely some fun to be had in comp, it's not all just playing to improve.

Flats, please, Kiriko's EPIC quality/priced Visual K skin has more detail than her Tatsumaki skin, with similar changes. New hair, thigh highs on her legs, rather than tights, and a new color pallet that ISN'T flat black. You can like it all you want, that's all gucchi, but it's 100% not worthy of being called a Legendary. It's about as worthy as Moira's mime skin. On top of that, we have countless higher quality Epics, even some released in OW2.

On the flipside, making a copout for laziness in the design for a skin by saying "it fits the LoRe" when the game JUST cancelled the most lore intensive mode is almost as tone deaf as Blizzard. It's a lazy skin; whether it looks good or not to anyone is subjective, but the effort to fit Tatsumaki is not there at all, especially for 20+ dollars.

Jared and Jon did a podcast with SVB and specifically said that they weren’t pulling resources from PvE to make PvP and vice versa. So I guess that was a lie because their excuse has always been that they have to focus on one or the other.

My cynical theory is that the dev team couldn’t figure out a good way to monetize the PvE skill trees, so they were told to cut it since Actiblizz wasn’t going to see a ROI with it. Actiblizz genuinely only care about money now, and if an idea gets brought to the table that isn’t going to actively make money, then it isn’t worth doing at all.

To be honest, I absolutely don't care about the pve content in overwatch 2. But it makes me wildly angry that, in fact, Blizzard hasn't done anything for 4 years. They have been doing PVE for 4 years, which will not happen, and PVP at this time suffered like no one else. It was a game with huge potential and development paths, but the developers killed it. P.S: Even in overwatch 1, new heroes came out and they were broken in a good or bad way. So what prevents them from just releasing new heroes at least once a month, to begin with, just in a casual mod, collect data from MILLIONS of players who will already play on it and make him the right patch? And it seems to me that absolutely no one, that's no one at all, will be upset if we get the plot of the character and his story not immediately, but just after 3-4 months.

Their rein was easily under 100 hp and i had only been hit once, then our LW decides to pull me into the enemy orisa ult that’s at full charge and i get destroyed 😭 It’s always situations like that or the LW is such a non-factor in the match it becomes 4v5

Finally flats being once not absolutely anti moira xD I absolutely agree, she isn't as op or powerful like people think, but she is absolutely flexible and have the best survivability in the team and the heals can be HARDCORE my boyfriend once had all the supports heals vounted together as HIS healing stat! He is insane on moira, he always got you covered no matter the scenario, I get out of the blue flanked off team? No prob he got me covered? Or dps that dies almost in the enemies backline? 3 secs later covered too! He always hunts for best heal stats in lobby 😂 And he is actually always really frustrated if he lets someone die. Tho sometimes when he picks moura people are immediately complaining just to later thank him for the amazing saves. It's somtimes really based tbh

It's sad how Lifeweaver is actually really good in like gold or lower ranks, but no one that uses him down there are good. Whenever I'm down there I play him to save our tank from literally dying alone in the enemy backline. It's also hood for getting Reinheart a free pin then pulling him right before he dies.
