Hi doom legit can hold his punch in one direction in choke and either do a lot of damage to a tank or one shot a squishy. Either way he gets a lot of value from just doing that

Hentai Consumer not really, aiming is overwatch is pretty easy because of broken hitboxes and widows positioning is easy. doomfist and genji take actual mechanical skill but blizzard seems to hate hard heroes and buff the easy ones
