Overwatch Competitive is in Shambles

Wide Group needs to be removed or completely reworked due to the high queue people are getting. They did technically help out a bit lower division-wide groups but anything about masters is going to take so long to just find one match. My queue times went from 6 minutes down to 5, not much of an improvement since before the season 10 update I could find matches within 2 minutes & the shortest times were within 30 seconds. Hopefully they either take away the wide group or have a huge rework on it otherwise the game will start to lose a bunch of players.

nothin quite like waiting through a 30+ min que timer only for the match to be canceled about 2 mins in because a guy on the opposing team rage quit immediately after being killed once and left.

my overwatch team has to queue comp with a teachers account to be able to get any practice

The wide group restrictions are really dumb & I hope they rework it or just get rid of it.

Sucks for GM players but queue times are fine in plat and diamond games.

Diamond 1 also seems to have issues from my experience, I wont find a match under 6 minutes if I'm in a wide group while being diamond 1.

@@KPR56 maybe it’s in high diamond because I play like around plat 2 and diamond 5 and queue times seem fine for me and my friends. My friends do play support so maybe that helps.

The fact you cant 4 group with friends is irritating tbh. Oh you want to play with your 3 friends in comp. . . How about no.

Yup they shouldve just had that restriction with GMs & everyone else could queue normally.
