If i had to assume why we got a junker symmetra skin over something else, im guessing their thought process was, synce symmetra is not normally all about symmetry, and Vishkar is all about order, rules, structure, safety and everything having a specific function, the opposite of that would be a place like junker town. A place all about chaos, fun, no order, no rules, and just people having the freedom to do more or less whatever they want.
