one thing that I think you forgot to mention that Ster likes to talk about a lot is that McRee's ult can be canceled at any point while the white circle is still around your crosshair if you right click. canceling his ult only reduces it to 50% charge as opposed to zero, so if you aren't satisfied with your current ult, you can just cancel it, and build a new one in half the normal time. also, this means that you can use it as a spacing tool to basically say "you can't stand here" even if there aren't any enemies to shoot, you can wait til the last second to cancel and still get back 50% of your ult, but it forces your enemies to play passively for the duration even if you don't actually get any kills out of it. basically, you don't HAVE to take the shot if it isn't one you'll be proud of.

SUBSCRIBED! I'm loving your vids. You channel is the first that explains the game operation in enough detail that, once I buy in, I think I'll have a good idea which buttons to press. I really didn't quite understand the "point at the enemy and build damage" part of the vid. Watched it five times ... just that part. You have left-click, one bullet at a time. Right-click, fan-the- hammer, right? Then ultimate, Q key, right? When does the "point at the enemy and build damage" thing happen and do you need any keyboard action to make that happen?

+Robert Shaver Hi, thanks! The "point at the enemy and build damage" is the ultimate. You press Q to begin the lock-on phase, and everyone who is in your line of sight during this phase will start having damage prepared against them. Once you've had a target in your sights for long enough (depending on their total health) the red skull will appear over them, meaning you can now click to kill them instantly. Left-click is single shot, right-click is fan the hammer.
