[Overwatch] Reinhardt - you shall not pass?

Overwatch is my first FPS game, i'm not interested in FPS games before, that's why i'm really bad at this but this game is so addicting, really worth the money imo.
i don't get why people always complaining about microtransaction and overpowered heroes (hanzo, bastion) in this game. there is no OP heroes in this game you just need to know how to counter.
